Referrers are eligible to receive a total of $10,000 in referral bonuses per hired candidate, paid in three performance-based checks.

Candidate must apply first
To register a referral, confirm the candidate has submitted an application identifying you by first and last name.
Submit after the application
Referral submissions should only be made after the candidate has applied for the Account Executive position.
First submission gets priority
If multiple people submit the same candidate, referral eligibility is assigned to the first submission received.
How the $10,000 referral payout works
As soon as the person you refer sells $15K, you'll receive your first check of $2,500. Once they hit $50K, you'll receive your second check of $2,500.
When they reach $75K in total sales within 6 months, you'll receive your final check of $5,000, totaling $10,000.
Referral bonuses are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple referrers submit the same candidate, eligibility is assigned to the first submission received.
The candidate should identify the referrer by first and last name on their application before this form is submitted.
